The desire to qualify (junior) managers or employees of the HR department in the area of diagnostics, to convey the necessary basic knowledge and to provide an overview of suitability-diagnostic approach.
In a two-day training course we will convey basic principles of suitability diagnostics by means of practical examples and practice individual elements hands-on in the seminar. Subject areas:
- Psychological basics (e.g. performance and potential, motivation, observation errors)
- Methods in diagnostics
- Competencies, criteria and models for the selection of personnel
- Diagnostic interviews
