Diagnostics Training


The desire to qualify (junior) managers or employees of the HR department in the area of diagnostics, to convey the necessary basic knowledge and to provide an overview of suitability-diagnostic approach.


In a two-day training course we will convey basic principles of suitability diagnostics by means of practical examples and practice individual elements hands-on in the seminar.

  • Psychological basics (e.g. performance and potential, motivation, observation errors)
  • Methods in diagnostics
  • Competencies, criteria and models for the selection of personnel
  • Diagnostic interviews
